WHO IS HUGO RT TM?
Hugo RT TM (Rough Terrain) (patent pending) is an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) designed for soft fruit logistics. It improves productivity and efficiency.
Hugo RT TM is a collaborative robot that works safely with humans and other robots. Hugo RT TM operates as an orchestrated fleet that are deployed that work with a team of pickers across the farm.
FUNCTION
Hugo RT TM supports growers’ labour challenges by automating their logistics operations so that pickers can focus on the more complex task- picking delicate fruit. As a result, ensuring that more fruit is picked each day. This reduces waste, increases profits, and improves staff well-being.
Hugo RT TM helps growers to achieve their sustainability targets by reducing CO 2 emissions across their farms.
Implementing Hugo RT TM will help growers obtain a 20% increase in overall productivity.
SAFETY
Hugo RT TM has been designed with safety as its highest priority, as it works with humans.
The Hugo RT TM has two safety bumpers, 360 o access to emergency stops. Hugo RT TM has been trained using AI to be able to recognise and differentiate between humans, drivable paths and obstacles.
SET UP
HUGO RT TM is easy to configure and run.
Fox Robotics will provide all support to set up and run an effective operation.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Hugo RT TM has been designed to be used in fields and polytunnels, supporting pickers by delivering empty trays, collecting, and weighing picked produce and transporting to mobile collection points.
Hugo RT TM uses existing infrastructure and can be easily integrated with current systems. Hugo RT TM can be used all year round, to support transportation throughout the year.

SOFTWARE
The web interface software is the primary way farm supervisors plan and monitor their operations. This software can be accessed from any smart device.
The web interface allows growers to monitor the fleet of robots, interact with the data they collect, create reports and make informed decisions. This data can be shared and integrated with other systems, through API’s.
DATA COLLECTION
The robots captures telemetry and weight data by individual picker.
The data is sent in real-time to the web interface software, which is recorded under the pickers profile.
